You can view our website and order all you want - click on the item and put into the shopping basket. When you have finished click on order and fill in the details.

When using your card on this website it is your responsibility to ensure all activities, details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Cheques - please allow 10 working days for clearance before goods can be dispatched.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be dispatched.

If you are shopping from outside the UK your card company will convert the transaction to Sterling, or your own currency.

Please note that we are unable to add items or amend your order after you press the order now button.

We aim to deal with your order right away.

UK standard delivery £5.25 allow 2-4 working days.

Express Delivery £15.00 for urgent items to UK only excluding northern Scotland.

If the item is out of stock we will contact you and give you the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Please note: These are signatory services.

All items sourced outside our usual stock i.e body protectors made to measure boots etc are non-returnable. If you wish to cancel an order this must be done within 5 working days by phone and in writing.

Returns

Goods returned will not be inspected or accepted unless clean and dry. (Health & Safety Act 1972).

If you need to make a return these should be unused, unsoiled and in original packaging.

You should notify us within 5 working days from receipt of goods of your intention to return.

The cost of returning goods will be at your own expense. You should obtain proof of postage as any parcels lost or damaged cannot be compensated. You will be held responsible.  We operate a fair wear and tear policy regarding returns.

Tax

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15% unless marked * (This indicates that the item us zero rated).

We try to ensure that measurements, colours, descriptions and prices are correct, but we have the right to make changes and will endeavour to inform you ASAP.
