All of our orders are sent with DX or Royal Mail to ensure safe reliable delivery for all internet orders.
Same day dispatch
We aim to deal with your order right away.
All orders placed before 12 will be dispatched the same day.
We cannot guarantee orders placed after 12 will be dispatched the same day.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If the item is out of stock we will contact you and give you the option to cancel or select an alternative if you would rather not wait.

Delays or problems with delivery
For any reason there is a delay with your order we will contact you to notify you of the delay and give you a new delivery arrival date.
If there are any problems with your delivery, items missing or damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep hold of all packaging, delivery note and invoices.

We do not offer free returns on any customer orders meaning any returns are at the customers expense(unless faulty or incorrect). We advise that the parcel returned is tracked or signed for as we cannot accept any liability for parcel/s going missing before they arrive to us.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
You can return any unused item for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date by filling in this form. Please ensure you fill the form in correctly as not doing so could delay the returns process.
Returned items must be a in a new unused condition with tags intact and original packaging. We will not handle used or dirty goods. Goods received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund and a credit note will be raises for the value of your order. Use appropriate packing materials to parcel up your return and do not attach any labels directly to the item.
